The Bosch HWD5751UC 27-inch Warming Drawer 500 Series keeps meals hot and is designed to match the perfectly flush fit of a Bosch wall, speed or steam oven. It has three settings to keep meals hot and ready to serve. It installs vertically under Bosch 120V speed, or wall oven (flush or proud), and it matches Bosch built-in products. The Illuminated TouchControl controls enable simple operation, and the Push-to-open design gives you ball-bearing hinges that help ensure smooth opening and closing action. The warming drawer will keep hot, cooked foods at serving temperature. Always start with hot food- do not use to heat cold food other than proofing yeast dough, crisping crackers, chips, dry cereal,warming breads and biscuits, or warming dishes or plates.
